Like most of you in recent days, we at Paradise Creek Bicycles have been focused on the quickly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In response to the pandemic, our first priority is the health and well-being of employees, customers and our community at large.

Social distancing is necessary to mitigate the spread of coronavirus — but we know social isolation is not easy. Bicycling, whether for everyday transportation or recreation, is still a safe activity, and we encourage you to keep riding on the Palouse and enjoying all of the benefits it provides your physical, mental and environmental health. We also know how important it is to stay connected to our community during challenging times, and that includes our PCB friends and family.

Paradise Creek Bicycles will continue operating our servicing department by appointment only. We will keep our doors open to customers and gladly let you shop or pick up a bike until the volume of people in the store violates the 6-foot rule. There is a “grid” type of system laid out throughout the entire shop to help us stay within the social distancing standard of 6 feet apart.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and cooperation during these difficult times. Our main priority is to keep our community healthy, safe, and on two wheels!
